To fit the needs of a growing internet service provider, 327 designed a site that managed to sell the company's products to new customers without being off-putting to current customers. Users could log directly into their mail accounts from the home page and get news updates as they related to hosting and e-mail technology. A link on the home page also allowed customers who were having trouble with their e-mail to immediately get in touch with technical support. The company's dynamic new logo incorporates a stylized visual of the Flatirons, the Front Range landmark that Boulder, Colorado is known for.
